these are my specialty. they were even set last night and i swear my man ate over half the container!
they are so simple, it’s crazy!
note : we use only organic, locally grown cucumbers from our town’s farmer’s market. they don’t have that wax you will find on ones in the grocery store.
combine 1C white vinegar with 1/4C apple cider vinegar and 1C of sugar. stir until sugar dissolves. slice cucumbers into discs and place in a resealable container (i use a LARGE tupperware jar). add vinegar mix. sprinkle with up to 1Tbsp of Dill Weed. seal container and shake to mix. refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
no preservatives. just pickles! yum!
